- preheat oven to 350
- cook green beans until slightly tender. drain water and cool down.
- once green beans have cooked, get 1 PC of bacon, lay flat. gather 8 to 10 green beans,place on middle part of bacon. wrap bacon around beans. do this until all beans and bacon oh been used.
- place bundles in large ungreased casserole dish.
- in mixing bowl combine soy sauce, brown sugar and pineapple juice together.
- pour mixture evenly over bundles.
- place in oven, cook 45 minutes or until bacon had fully cooked and beans are extra soft.
These are easy enough for a weeknight meal and pretty enough to impress your guests alongside a steak dinner! We have veggies with every single meal. I sometimes skip the starch, once in a while I skip meat but we ALWAYS have. Place the bundles on the prepared baking sheet with the loose ends of the bacon underneath. Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the bundles and drizzle with the butter mixture.
