Add olive oil to a pan and when it gets hot, fry the vegetables on medium heat. Whisk to combine and poor into the vegetable and tuna mixture.   3. On low heat Pan add tuna, mixed spices, salt and onions
  4. Add mushrooms, capsicums /bell peppers, spring onions, carrot, Cauliflower
  5. Add sweet corn, tomatoes, lemon juice
  6. Lastly add hot chillie and mix well let Cook for 25 minutes on low heat
  7. Add rice and mixed well for 2 minutes and switch off the gas

Serve the stir-fry over cauliflower rice and garnish with green onions and parsley. Add the garlic chilli paste and stir-fry for half a minute. Add the onion and stir-fry for another half a minute or until the onion has just softened. Now add in the tuna and toss until well combined. Add the rice and the seasoning sauce and toss until the rice is evenly coated in the sauce.
