  2. Get 1& 1/2 glass soaked rice(15min)
  3. Make ready 01 sliced onion
  4. Get 01 chopped tomato
  5. Prepare 01 tbsp crushed garlic & chilli
  6. Make ready As needed Chopped vegetables of choice (cauliflower,carrot,beans,peas etc)
  7. Take 6-7 cashewnuts
  8. Prepare 03 boiled eggs
  9. Prepare 02 glass water
  10. Make ready 01 tsp ghee
  11. Make ready 01 tbsp oil
  12. Get spices
  13. Get 02 bayleaf
  14. Make ready 01 black cardamom
  15. Take As needed Black pepper balls
  16. Make ready As required White pepper balls(optional)
  17. Get 4-5 cloves
  18. Get 02 red dry chillies
  19. Get 1/2 tsp cumin
  20. Make ready to taste Salt
  21. Prepare as per taste Red chilli powder
  22. Prepare 02 cinnamon sticks
  23. Prepare 01 tbsp biryani masala
  24. Get as per taste Hing

Egg pulao recipe or the anda pulao is a special variety egg rice recipe usually made with aromatic spices in egg and rice and is one of the simplest one pot egg recipes…. I have also shared quick way of making egg biryani made in pressure cooker too…It is a great way to make instant anda biryani. Do check out quick rice recipes too such as pudina rice, mango rice, tomato rice, egg fried. Egg pulao recipe which taste so delicious and is very easy to make.

Instructions to make Egg pulao:
  1. Take a pan,add 01 tsp ghee and fry cashews till golden brown in colour.keep it aside.
  2. In same pan add 01 tbsp oil.
  3. Add hing, 1/2 tsp cumin, 02 bayleaf,01 black cardamom
  4. Add 02 cinnamon sticks,3-4 cloves,02 dry red chillies and white / black pepper balls.
  5. Fry all whole spices for 1-2min.
  6. Add crushed garlic and green chillies and saute for few seconds
  7. Add sliced onions and saute till light pink colour or for approx 2-3 min
  8. Add chopped tomatoes and fry till they are soft
  9. Add salt and red chilli powder as per your taste
  10. Add chopped vegetables of your choice.I used cauliflower and carrots only(6-7 florets of cauliflower & 02 carrots).Mix it well.
  11. Add 02 tbsp biryani masala and mix it well again.
  12. Add 02 glass water and soaked rice. Stir it.
  13. Cover it on low flame for 25-30 min.
  14. Open and check if rice is cooked well. It should not be overcooked otherwise rice will become mussy.
  15. Add coriander leaves, fried cashews
  16. With the help of spoon make space and put boiled eggs and hide it into rice.
  17. Cover it for another 2-3 min on low flame.
  18. Open and serve it hot.
  19. Serve HOT EGG PULAO with some RAITA,ONION & LEMON SLICE.

This pulao is one of the easiest recipe you could make. This takes just few minutes to make. The freshly ground masala gives nice flavour and kick to the pulao. Serve it with any raita and you will be done. This makes a great lunch box recipe too.
