  13. Make ready as needed Oil to cook
  14. Make ready to taste Salt
  15. Get 1 and 1/4 glass of water
  16. Get As required Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  17. Get 2 Tablespoon desi ghee
  18. Get 2 table spoon curd

  4. Wait yo release the steam, serve it hot, spread deshi ghee and garnish it with coriander leaves.the smell and flavor is too tempting to resist.

Water out flow from dam is through the tunnels built inside mountains so the water outflow from dam cannot be seen. Tehri can be considered a mix between pulao and biryani. Easier to prepare than biriyani, but more flavorful than a rice pulao - perfect for a quick meal. Tehri has more flavors than a simple pulao. I try to keep the spice level to a manageable level, keeping in mind my Sonshine, who has a very mild pallette.
