- Heat kadhai.
- Add mustard oil.
- Add chopped garlic and onion.
- Stir it.
- Add salt, red chilli and haldi.
- Add ginger, green chilli and tomato paste.
- Stir it.
- Add vegetables, gobhi, carrot, potato, capsicum and peas.
- Fry these vegetables with tomato on high flame.
- Now cover it on low flame.
- When vegetables become soft, it is ready.
- Add garam masala.
