  2. Heat ghee in a non stick wok and fry sliced onion till crisp.Set aside. Sprinkle shah jeera and half crushed whole garam masala.When they crackle,add fried vegetables with chickpeas.Add ginger paste,garam masala,salt to taste.Toss all.Add cooked rice and cook on low flame till well mixed.Garnish with crispy fried onion and chopped coriander.Serve hot with any curry or as it is with curd or raita.
