  7. Heat 1 glass water in a pressure cooker and put idli stand in it and place the lid without weight. Cook on a medium flame for 12 minutes. Switch off the flame. Open the lid after 20 minutes.
  8. Remove idlis from mould with the help of a knife.
  9. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
