  4. Leave uncovered on stove top and bring to a boil.
  5. Once it begins to boil turn down to a little above simmer.
  6. Cook for 3-4 hours, adding chopped zucchini in the last hour.
  7. Preheat oven to 400?F
  8. Transfer Pig Feet from pot to bakeware dish, pour broth from the pot evenly on Pig Feet.
  9. Place Pig Feet in the oven on 400?F for 20mins.
  10. Take out, and enjoy! Best had while warm/hot.
