  9. Get 2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  11. Take 1/2 tsp Cumin and coriander powder
  12. Get 2 tsp Sugar
  13. Get 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  14. Prepare as required Coriander
  15. Take 3/4 cup Oil
  16. Make ready pinch asafoetida

This Tavo Undhiyu consists of vegetables like valor papdi, cauliflower, green peas, potatoes, brinjals and some. Its very Easy and Simple to make. Instructions to make Chapadi Tavo:
  1. Mix the flour, semolina, salt, carom seed and oil well, then sprinkle water enough to form into a stiff dough.
  2. Divide into equal balls and form a round shape and prick them.
  3. Fry them in low to medium heat and flip them in between while frying. Take them out in a paper towel.
  4. Tavo -In a pan heat oil and add all tempering items onions and saute for a mint.add garlic, ginger, green chilli paste and pinch of salt.
  5. Cook until raw flavor of ginger- garlic reduced and onion becomes translucent.
  6. Add tomatoes puree, turmeric, red chilli, coriander and cumin powder, salt and all the vegetables.
  7. Stir well add 3-4cups water and cook covered in medium flame until vegetables are done.
  8. Mix water and set aside.
  9. Heat the oil in pan and add prepared mix and cook for a while.
  10. Pour cooked mix in Tavo then add garam masala sugar and 3/4 cup coriander.
  11. Let it simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
  12. Crush 2 to 3 chapati in a plate and pour hot Tavo on it.Mix well.
