It is very easy to prepare with basmati rice, green peas, cauliflower, paneer, potato, carrots, dry fruits and few Indian aromatic spices. Navratan pulao is ready, transfer it to a plate and serve. To cook the rice, clean them well and soak for half an hour in water.
Steps to make Navratna Pulao:
- Take a kadai, add oil, add potatoes cubes, fry 70%, add carrots cubes fry 3-4minites. and transfer into plate.fry paneer cubes and transfer into plate.
- In a hot oil add cauliflower pieces, fry 4-5 minutes, add mutter, fry, add cinnamon, Cardamom, baylleaf, saute it, add all dry fruits, saute 1-2 minutes.
- Add ginger garlic paste, mix well, add 80% cooked rice.
- Heat 1-tbsp ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, add kesar milk, water stir it. add rice mixture. add salt, add fry carrots, potatoes and fry paneer cubes mix well.
- Cover the pan and cooked 2-3 minutes. add 1-tbsp ghee.. garnish with Coriander leaves and onion ring.
- Serve with pomegranate raita.
