- Make tomato sauce. Wash and halve the tomatoes. In a pot, add oil, diced onions, and 1 clove chopped garlic. Fry for 1 min.
- Add tomatoes to pan. Add salt, pepper, and water. Let it cook on medium heat for 10 mins until tomatoes are soft.
- Mash with back of wooden spoon. Sauce should be thick and chunky. Add herbs and mix. Turn off heat.
- Wash and chop veggies for topping. Defrost chicken chunks.
- Take out dough and roll it out onto a flat surface to form a large circle. Spread sauce over it. Spread all veggies and cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 30 mins. When crust becomes golden, take it out.
