Instructions to make Fajita Pizza:
  1. Make dough. Add sugar and yeast in water. Leave for 2 min. Mix salt in flour. Then add water to flour and knead to form dough.
  2. Make into a ball. Add 1 tsp olive oil and pat onto dough with hands. Leave to rise for 1 hr in a warm place.
  3. Make tomato sauce. Wash and halve the tomatoes. In a pot, add oil, diced onions, and 1 clove chopped garlic. Fry for 1 min.
  4. Add tomatoes to pan. Add salt, pepper, and water. Let it cook on medium heat for 10 mins until tomatoes are soft.
  5. Mash with back of wooden spoon. Sauce should be thick and chunky. Add herbs and mix. Turn off heat.
  6. Wash and chop veggies for topping. Defrost chicken chunks.
  7. Take out dough and roll it out onto a flat surface to form a large circle. Spread sauce over it. Spread all veggies and cheese.
  8. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 30 mins. When crust becomes golden, take it out.
