- Take 1 generous amount Kimchi (Korean kimchi)
I ordered the spicy Tonkotsu ramen with tofu, seaweed, soft-boiled egg and a side of housemade kimchi. Both the soup broth and ramen noodles didnt have any flavor and were very oily. There was a thick layer of oil on top for added fat. Ramen from the Asian grocery stores taste better than this.

- Transfer to a serving plate, and top with the additions of your choice and lots of kimchi. I used menma (pickled bamboo shoots), char siu (Chinese roast pork), eggs and finely chopped green onions this time.
Add the garlic, tamari, and sesame oil or tahini to the bottom of a large bowl and whisk together. Divide onto serving plates and top with the remaining sesame seeds.
