- Whisk the Yogurt preparing by hanging Curd for 3-4 hours.Add khus syrup.
- Destalk and wash raisins, finely chop cashewnuts. In a bowl combine yogurt, powdered sugar, saffron and whisk until sugar is completely dissolved. Just before serving time mix in fruits and serve chilled garnished with raisins and cashewnuts.
- It should be served very chilled.
