  17. Get as needed salt

  1. First heat the pressure Cooker add all vegetables except tomatoes and capsicum add the water boil give one whistle and rest aside
  2. After few minutes strain the vegetables and keep in the bowl
  3. Now heat the pan add butter, add jeera, methi seeds, hing powder for tarka
  4. Now add the crushed garlic add the onion slices, stir it then add the tomatoes mix well add the red chilli powder again stir it.
  5. After evaporating oil from the gravy add capsicum mix well stir again, for two to three minutes
  6. Now add the vegetables stirring continuously with adding pav bhaji masala, add the kashmir red chilli powder, add the kasuri methi mix well, now take a wooden button crushed all vegetables as much as possible.it's a sticky thing for making of Pav bhaji. With adding little water, do it as much as possible
  7. At last yummy bhaji is done, top with a gallop of adding butter is the right choice.
  8. Now heat another pan with adding butter and pav masala put pav fry it
  9. Delicious pav bhaji is ready for serving__
