  4. Grease a metal tin/ container with 1 tablespoon of Palm oil and pour the mixture into it
  5. Place in a pot of hot water (1/4 of the pot to be covered by the hot water)
  6. Cook for 30 mins, insert a toothpick into the cooked moi-moi, when it comes out neatly it is done, serve and enjoy
