Instructions to make Pav -Bhaji:
  1. Soak dry peas in water for 5-6 hours.
  2. Peel potatoes and carrots and. Chopped in to big cubes, chop cabbage and bottle gourd. Add 2 cups water in veggies and soaked peas and cook combined for 2-3 whistles. Let it cool and mash it with blender or potato masher.
  3. Heat oil/ butter in kadhai add cumin seeds and 1/2 of the chopped onion in it and stir, add green chillies, ginger garlic paste and stir it again. Add tomatoes, green peas, capsicum in it,add salt, turmeric pwder, sugar red chilli pwder and pav bhaji masala mix all together.
  4. When oil started realse add boiled and mashed veggies in it. Mix all properly. And let it cook. For 10-12 minutes. By stirring occasionally.
  5. Add lemon juice, chopped coriander and butter in bhaji.
  6. Cut pav from middle and shallow fry with butter on tava.
  7. Serve bhaji with butter pav, and chopped onion and lemon.
