  2. In mixing bowl add & mix rava and whisk curd. Add salt and palak puree. Mix well without lumps. Cover and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Now place a steamer on the gas - Add little water to it and place a stand inside.
  4. Grease a steel box or a thali. - - Add eno salt to spinach-rava batter. Mix gently.
  5. Pour batter in greased container.
  6. Cover and steam cook for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Once cooked down take it out in a plate. - In small tadka pan add heat oil,do tempering of mustard, white sesame seeds and curry leaves. Pour this tempering on the steamed dhokla.
  8. Cut into pieces. - Serve healthy and delicious Palak Rava Dhokla with Green Coriander Chutney.
