- Wash and chopped palak bhaji (spinach) and coriander leaves, put in mixer grinder jar, add green chillies,ginger pieces, little salt and grind to smooth puree.
- In mixing bowl add & mix rava and whisk curd. Add salt and palak puree. Mix well without lumps. Cover and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Now place a steamer on the gas - Add little water to it and place a stand inside.
- Grease a steel box or a thali. - - Add eno salt to spinach-rava batter. Mix gently.
- Pour batter in greased container.
- Cover and steam cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Once cooked down take it out in a plate. - In small tadka pan add heat oil,do tempering of mustard, white sesame seeds and curry leaves. Pour this tempering on the steamed dhokla.
- Cut into pieces. - Serve healthy and delicious Palak Rava Dhokla with Green Coriander Chutney.
