- Then again Knead the dough for 5 more mins to make a smooth dough. Now divide the dough into 5 equal parts and then try to make smooth and crack-free balls.
- Now place the balls in a plate and cover it & keep it in a warm place again for half an hour.
- After half an hour it will again get puffed up in size. Now steam it in a steamer or in a idli stand or place the plate over the steaming bowl and cover it with a towel then put a lid over it and steam it for 15 mins. The towel will absorb the extra moisture or vapour from the steam and your pav will remain soft for long time.
- Before serving it put some butter over it and roast the pavs for a min then serve. It will taste just heaven.
