  1. Rinse the veggies thoroughly and chop them down in small chunks. Wash the tomato green chilli and ginger place them in mixture grinder and make a fine paste
  2. . Them heat some oil in the pan and fry potato califlwr capsicum and trsfer the fried veggies in the plate
  3. In the same pan heat 2 tbsp oil to add tamto ginger paste and cook for 4-5 mint
  4. And add coriander powder red chilli powder turmeric powder salt
  5. Let it simmer until you see oil leaving the side masala when add green Pease and cook for 2_3 mints until the Pease get soft we will add garammasala when you see gently boil in the gravy add fried veggies and stir mix everything nicly
  6. Then cover & cook sbji for 2_3-mints sbji is now ready
