  8. Reduce heat to 180℃ and place it on the middle rack. Bake for 20-30mins
  9. Remove and place to cool. Serve with desired beverage

Pipe colored batter in the order the rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple. (If you want red on top, like a real rainbow, start with purple and go backwards. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and alternate dropping spoonfuls of each color into the liners until you run out of batter. Bake the cupcakes for the time instructed on your cake mix. Remove from the oven and let cool before frosting. Make cake mix as directed on box except—divide and color batters as directed in recipe.
