- Prepare 1 kg Flour
- Take 1 pack yeast (for bread making)

- Pull the dough long like noodle in 15 minutes. Then separate it to 10 parts
- Shape all parts like the picture & steam them in 15 minutes. Cover the steamer with a little bit oil and let all parts have a small space while steaming. Open the steamer cover gradually and enjoy the steam buns
Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture. Fluffy steamed buns are slathered in hoisin sauce and stuffed with tender shiitake mushrooms in sweet and savory garlic sauce, quick pickled veggies and crunchy peanuts to make these scrumptious vegan bao buns! These delicious vegan bbq pork buns are made with seitan and king oyster mushrooms to replace the lean and fatty parts of the bbq pork normally found in steamed bbq pork buns found at Chinese dim sum restaurants.
