- Take chopped tomatoes, onion and green chillies in mixture jar and make a fine paste. Keep aside.
- Take chopped potato, carrot, cauliflower, capsicum and green peas into pressure cooker. Close the lid and heat it on medium flame for 2 whistle.
- Switch off the gas. When the pressure released naturally open the lid. Smashed the vegetables gently.
- Heat the butter in pan on low flame. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté. Then add tomato onion paste and sauté.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander seed powder and cumin seed powder. Stir it well.
- Now add chat masala and pav bhaji masala. Stir and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or till butter start separating from it.
- Now add boiled vegetables and mix well. Add water if required. Add salt and mix it well. Cover it with the lid and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Switch off the gas. Add chopped coriander leaves. Bhaji is ready to serve.
- Cut the pav into halves. Heat the butter on tava and fry both side of pav.
- Transfer to the serving plate and serve with bhaji.
