- Take 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- Prepare 1 Bay leaf

- Get 1/4 tsp Coriander seeds
- Prepare 50 gm Onion paste
- Prepare 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Take 1 tsp Coriander and cumin seeds
- Take a pinch Turmeric powder
- Get 1 1/2 tbsp Butter
- Take less than 50 gm Cashew, melon seeds (magaj), poppy seeds (khus khus) paste
- Make ready less than 50 gm . Tomato ketchup
- Take 2 drops Edible colour (yellow)
- Take to taste Salt
- Get as needed . Water
- Take For garnishing
- Take as needed . Golden brown fried onions, cashews and cream
Instructions to make Paneer Laziz:
- Fry the cottage cheese cubes to light golden brown.
- Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and add garlic ginger chilli paste, garlic paste, vertically cut capsicum and sauté.
- For gravy:-. Heat some oil in a pan and add chilli, garlic, ginger, bay leaf, cloves, paste of cloves and coriander seeds and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add onion paste in it and saute for 2 minutes, add the remaining ingredients and let it cook till it is light brown in colour.
- Add the butter, cashews, poppy seeds and
- In the capsicum sautéed pan, add turmeric powder, salt, punjabi masala, dried fenugreek leaves, and chopped tomatoes and mix and cook well.
- Add yellow gravy, and tomato puree to it and cook well.
- Add grated cheese and cottage cheese, and fried cottage cheese pieces and mix well..
- In the end, add cream and coriander.
- Serve in a serving bowl and garnish with golden brown onion, cashews and cream
