- Cook rice till 3/4th and let it cool
- Make paste of Biryani masala in half cup curd
- Heat ghee in a pan and add ghee fry onion till brown
- Add masala paste and stir than add chopped veggies and green peas
- Add one cup water and cook it covered
- Check it in between when cooked switch off the flame
- In a big wok layer with rice than above it put one layer of cooked veggies and repeat the same process
- Sprinkle ghee all over it
