Fall is well underway and today I am celebrating with my first pumpkin recipe of the season! These Pumpkin Brownies are inspired by my Cheesecake Brownies which instantly became one of my most popular posts as soon as I shared it.
My Version of Brownies is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions every day. They are nice and they look fantastic. My Version of Brownies is something that I have loved my entire life.
To begin with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have my version of brownies using 8 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.
The ingredients needed to make My Version of Brownies:
- Get Hersheys chocolate. Melted
- Prepare eggs
- Make ready cup AP flour
- Prepare little salt
- Make ready vanilla extract
- Get cup Milk
- Take whole pc Melted butter
- Get Brown sugar
Well I use my foolproof brownie for the top layer from my Classic Chocolate Brownie Recipe and my Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe for the base layer. You can of course use the quick way too! Brownies made from Katharine Hepburn's original recipe without the butter and added applesauce are hard to tell apart. The no-butter version lacks a bit in depth of flavor maybe, but also lacks.
Steps to make My Version of Brownies:
- Melt the chocolate and butter separately.
- Mix all the dry ingredients then mix separately the wet ingredients. Then combine them together and whisk properly.
- Butter the baking pan and pour. Preheat oven at 250°C and bake for 30 mins. After 30 mins, Poke with a toothpick if it comes out clean, it's done. If not, add more 5 mins

If you don't like gooey brownies, then go with a traditional brownie mix (like pictured above) and follow the instructions for cake-like brownies. Personally, I don't think this version comes anywhere near close to the gooey version, but my hubby prefers this style.
