  3. Get 1 large onion diced

  7. Get 1 1/2 cup Milk, used
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp black pepper
  9. Get 1 tbsp corn flour
  10. Prepare 3 cloves garlic, minced

Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, to taste. Pour into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the top evenly with fried onions. Add spinach and cook until wilted, stirring constantly. Remove from the skillet and drain in a colander.

  3. In your pan/pot add butter, one clove and onions. Let the onions cook till soft. Remove the clove.

  5. Add the remaining milk, black pepper, salt and nutmeg and stir. Bring to boil and let it simmer for 10minutes giving stirs in between. The stew thickens as time goes by while simmering
  6. Add your spinach and mix. Let it cook for 3 mins under low heat then turn of your cooker.

Try to squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Melt the butter in the skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach and stir in the heavy cream. Place the spinach in a clean dishcloth, squeeze out any excess liquid, then roughly chop. Pour olive oil into a large soup pot, place over high heat, add spinach, and cover.
