  9. Press each slice of dough into a circle and set aside.
  10. Fill the wrapper with chopped eggs and fold the wrapper in half around the filling and wrap like a cabbage,sew the edges,press with thumbs.
  11. Steam this momos for 15 minutes on high heat.Spinach momos are ready.Serve hot.
