For the Steamed Egg/Bhapa Dim: • Mix all those ingredients into a thick batter. • Taste before you put the mixture inside the steamer. :) Don't worry raw egg doesn't taste bad at all. • Now put the batter into a steaming pot, make sure that you put a little amount of oil inside the pot to avoid sticking.
