  1. Squeeze out the water from shredded vegetables.mix all the ingredients for balls to these squeezed out vegetables. Check seasoning and make equal size balls of the entire material. Mix all the sauces and 1 1/2 cup water in a bowl and mix it. Add this to wok and stir well. Bring it to a boil. Add salt, pepper, and ajino Moto. Now add 1 -2 tbsp cornflour mixed in water to it. At last add vinegar. Put fried balls of Manchurian to the gravy bring it to a boil. Add finely chopped coriander and serve hot.
