- Blanch the spinach. And make puree.
- Now take flour in a bowl add spinach puree and salt. Mix it and Knead a dough. Cover it and keep aside for 20 min.

- Heat water in a pan put steam it. Grease it. Now put all momos in it. And steam it for 20 -25min.
