- Boil saucepan of water then add Gnocchi, then heat on medium for 6 mins
- Add olive oil to pan on medium heat add garlic, peppers & onion. stir well for 5 mins
- Drain gnocchi, return to saucepan & add pasta sauce, stir well.
- Serve Gnocchi to plate, top with peppers, basil, onions. Sprinkle with parmesan chesse
