- Take 500 gms okra(bhindi)
- Make ready 2 tbsps besan(gram flour)
- Prepare 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Take 1 tsp Amchoor Powder
- Take 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Make ready 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Take to taste Salt
- Take 2 tbsp Mustard Oil

Instructions to make Crispy Okra:
- Wash and dry ladyfinger. Cut into thin slanting pieces
- Now sprinkle besan along with all other masalas. Mix well.
- After adding the dry masala mixture on top of cut ladyfinger,mix it well with wet hand.
- Keep aside for 5-7minutes. By then you can preheat your air fryer as required. You can Grease the bhindi with mustard oil too.
- Once air fryer is heated enough put half quantity of coated ladyfinger in air fryer and let it cook at 160 degrees for 10 min. You can add oil now if not used before
- When one batch is done remove it and add rest of the bhindi to cook
- Take out the crispy bhindi in a bowl and serve hot
Cover half-sheet pan (cookie sheet) with foil. Arrange smashed okra on cookie sheet and stir around so that okra is covered with a thin coating of oil. Turn okra about half-way through the cooking time. Okra can be such a finicky vegetable and the number of appetizing ways to prepare it are slim. Fried okra is delicious, and pickled okra is perfectly fine, but our new favorite way to eat okra is Roasted Okra.
