- In a bowl take all the dry ingredients, give it a mix. Now add 1 tbsp oil and Knead it well. Now slowly and gradually add milk and remaining 1 tbsp oil and Knead a soft dough.
- Brush the dough with some oil. Cover it and keep it in a warm place for 1 & half hours without disturbing it.
- After one hour, you will notice that the dough has risen and doubled up in size again Knead it for a min to smoothen it. Make 4 to 5 balls out of it & fill each one of the ball with a chocolate squares and make a smooth balls. If you are using any coco-spread then you can use that too but at first keep the chocolate spread in the fridge for 10 to 15 mins then take 1 tsp of it make small chocolate balls and fill them in the dough balls.
- Now very gently, brush some milk over it. Spread some sesame seeds over it. And place it in a baking tray. Cover it & let it rest again for 30 mins.You will notice again the choco-balls has doubled up in size.
- Now you and bake it in oven as you bake normal pav or you can either steam it as dhoklas or idlis in a low flame for 15 mins. It's upto you. I have steamed them because steaming process makes the buns cottony soft. Your choco buns are now ready to serve.
