- Now place the tray into a steamer and steam them for about 15 mins but put a cloth over it and then cover it with a lid so that the buns doesn't get wet.
- You can also steam them like dhoklas by placing them in a big tiffin box, cover it and steam it in a cooker. Brush some butter over it and your hot sweet braided buns are ready to serve
