- Cut the green pepper and garlic cloves or powder to the pan until soften.
- Cut the sausage,add and fry it.
- Cut tomatoes and add it to the mix.
- Add the mix spice, black pepper and salt.
- Add the tomatoes paste.
- Wait for the tomatoes until soften and leave to simmer until the water reduce it and trun it off.
- Decorate with remaining of green pepper and serve it with brown bread or pasta.
