  19. Get IV. Cheese and sour cream:
  20. Prepare 16 ounces sour cream
  21. Take 3/4 pound mild cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps to make The remix:
  1. Shred the cabbage and fry in oil salt as it fries. Cover occasionally stirring often. I did mine in batches to get an even cooking of the cabbage.
  2. Set aside for later
  3. Peel and cube the eggplants/aubergines. Put into the hot pan add onions and peppers. Stir till heated now add some oil. Add salt and garlic, cover stirring occasionally. Till done, especially the eggplant
  4. Set aside
  5. Cook the sirloin till browned. Drain very good. Set aside
  6. In a pan add tomatoes, honey, salt, garlic, and tomato paste. Cook till heated thru. Stirring occasionally. Add sirloin into the tomatoes
  7. When tomatoes and sirloin are mixed well in an oven safe dish add them to it.
  8. Add a thin layer of cheese
  9. Then the cabbage
  10. Sour cream
  11. Eggplant mixture
  12. Cover with cheese and put into oven and turn on to 400° Fahrenheit let it heat with the oven
  13. Bake 30 minutes. Let sit 10 and serve I hope you enjoy!
