- Heat oil,add mince with ginger garlic paste & turmeric powder, cook until all water dry & mince fully done. Set aside, (minced must b on room temperature before mixing & filling)
- Meanwhile chopped all veggies & spread on muslin cloth, keep under fan for couple of minutes(so lil dry and less water content)
- Mix all seasoning with mince & chopped veggies (adjust spices at this point)
- Fill this mixture in samosa pati.
- Heat oil & deep fry
