- Heat oil add onion when brown add whole spices & g.g paste fry for 5 min..Now add tomatoes & cover the lid.. when tomatoes soft add chops n mince fry till colour change..
- Now add salt,chilli powder, turmeric powder & coriander powder mix for 5 min then add yogurt.. Bhounfy for 10min then add water(1 cup approximately) and cover the lid..cook till tender
- When chops tender completely..Add all spice powder,green chillies & coriander leaves.. put on dum for 10 min.. serve with raita & chapati
