- Firstly deseeds dates and put in a mixer jar make a fine paste
- Now take a pan add ghee put dry fruit and roaat it. Take out in a plate. Now in the same pan add Poppy seeds roast it well now add dates mixture and sauth it for 2 mins. Now add dry fruits mix well.
- Now when mixture gets little bit cool,give a Diya shape.
- Now take a bowl add desiccated coconut, vanilla essence and milk mix well. Stuffing is ready fill it in Diyas
- Now take another bowl put desiccated coconut, kesar essence, yellow colour and milk mix well and give a bati shape.and arrange it on Diyas. Fill pista on center of Diya. Now Dry fruit Diya Bati is ready to serve and eat
