Steps to make Brownies:
  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/325°F/gas mark 3. Prepare a 33 x 23 x 5-cm baking tray by lining with greaseproof paper

  6. Leave to cool completely before dusting with icing sugar, to decorate.
