  10. Take another flat round shaped dough and place on top of the other dough, Continue the process till you finish. But a minimum of 5 doughs
  11. Put the dough into a warm pan. When notice a bubnle, flip to the other side. This should be done on low heat
  12. Cut the Samosa into 4 parts
  13. Bring the edges together to form a cone
  14. Seal the edges with a flour paste(which is flour +water), seal it well to avoid bursting
  15. Fill the cone with the filling and seal the mouth
  16. Repeat with the remaining dough
  17. Fry on hot oil
