- Take a baking try. I used a square cake mould. Fill nozzle bag & create rounds. Apply little ghee on top & bake in air fryer for 7 mins @ 160 degrees. Then for 3 mins on 180 degrees.
- Make syrup using 2 cups water & erythritol. Syrup should be sticky enough to glue yr fingers. Dip & soak baked jalebis for few secs. Serve piping hot 🤗
This fermented batter is then poured in concentric circles in hot oil and deep-fried. Then these fried spirals are soaked in sugar syrup for a few minutes and later served. In a large bowl, whisk all purpose flour (maida), yogurt (curd/dahi) and sufficient amount of water to make a smooth and pouring consistency batter.
