  1. First grind coarsely boil the soaked ingredients 8 cups of water with little whole garam masala,few slit green chillies, coriander n mint leaves with little salt.
  2. Now its boiled n done add more water if required. Now heat one cup of oil then add whole garam masala as above given then add 1 sliced onion when brown add the mutton saute with salt n the masala ginger garlic and chilli paste,then add the dry masala n tomato now cook till done.
  3. Mutton is done now transfer it into boiled mixture n let the porridge simmer.now fry 2 onions in one cup oil,when brown remove the onions with few remaining with oil now put this oil on porridge n let it simmer check the consistency.
  4. Things u need to garnish. Lastly add the powdered garam masala n Biryani masala(optional)mix well n serve hot.enjoy this winter season šŸ˜Š
