  4. spoon Chili mixture onto tortillas, roll up and place on a baking pan.
  5. After they are all in the pan spread the remaining ingredients on top and place in oven for about 10-15 minutes or untill all the cheese is melted and bubley.
  6. Enjoy!

In a large pot over medium heat, heat oil. Place the ground beef in a large pot and throw in the garlic. Cook over medium heat until browned.
