Add the ginger and garlic, and fry for another minute; then add the mince, browning it and breaking it up with a spatula. Then add the curry powder and tomato paste and fry for another minute. - Add garlic and ginger paste fry then add the mince and cook on medium low heat. Till moisture/water is almost fully dried off the meat.
- Then add your spices and mix well. Then add your tomatoes, chopped or blended. Let it simmer, cook well till the tomatoes soften.
- Incase your potatoes are not well cooked you can add like 1/2 cup of water. Then simmer till the water dries/ reduces.
- Add garam masala, salt and chopped dhania. Mix and turn gas off.
- Serve with Rice / chapati.
