- Take 3 salted eggs, cut into 2

- Get 2 tbsp shallot, fried

Instructions to make Meat in Black Gravy (RAWON):
- Stir-fry spices until fragrant – on low fire. Add ginger, bay leaves, lemon grass and lime leaves.
