  7. Take to taste salt

In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. After they splutter, add the spring onion whites and saute until they are soft. Add the spring onion greens and green chillies. Remove from fire and set aside to cool.

  1. In a bowl, add wheat flour and soya flour. To this add 1tbsp of oil. Mix well.
  2. Now add remaining contents and mix well.
  3. Now adding water gradually, prepare the dough. Apply little oil to the dough and let it rest for 15-20min.
  4. Divide dough into equal balls, sized that of little big than a lemon.
  5. Roll parathas applying little wheat flour if required.
  6. Roast it from both sides. Apply a little oil while roasting. - Serve hot with achar.
