After 2 whistles remove cooker from heat.
- Take big sized ball from prepared all-purpose flour dough. Make a thick and big sized roti with the help of rolling pin.grease a kadhi with some oil.Put the roti on kadhai and stretch with light hand and cover the kadhai.
- Now on the bottom of roti first spread some fried onions and then spread some coriander and pudina leaves. Now spread 3-4 tbsp cooked biryani.sprinkle some ghee and stretches the edges of roti and close it in centre.
- Keep kadhai on gas stove. Cover with nonstick tawa and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. When the brown spots appear and roti releases the kadhai flip and again cook for another 10 minutes. Off the flame and give rest for 2 minutes.
