- preheat wok pan with some oil
- add diced garlic and chopped green chillies in the pan and fry for 2 min.
- add raw chicken to it. now also add chicken stock cube, white vinegar, soy sauce and stir for 10 mins.
- cut big chunks (squares) of onion and green pepper. add it in the pan and mix well
- now add about 350-400ml water and let it boil.
- put corn flour in a seperate small bowl and make it dissolve with about 20-30 ml cold water. now add it into our wok pan
- let it cook for another 15 mins. add chopped spring onion to the gravy and on slow flame another 2-3 mins. add some ground black pepper and salt to taste.
- This dish is supposed to be spicy so reduce the amount of chillies or black pepper as per your needs. serve over long grain rice
