  4. In a pan add oil. Now add soya chunks to fry
  5. In another pan add 1 tbps cooking oil add chopped garlic and add diced capsicum and onion. On high flame cook for 2 minutes. Then add 2 tbps tomato sauce,soya sauce,2 tbps corn flour,salt as per taste and saute well for 1 minutes
  6. Add one cup of water to mix all ingredients well. And cook for another 2 minutes. Now soya chunks Manchurian are ready to serve,garnish with coriander
